Where do you start building a more effective team? A comprehensive engagement assessment helps you determine what you can do today to build a stronger team tomorrow. Already have engagement survey results? We can start with that.

Sometimes it helps to have someone else run the meeting. I work with you to determine meeting goals and an agenda, and then I facilitate the meeting so that you can be fully present and engaged with your team. I have experience facilitating both technical Epic™ meetings and operational meetings with clinical and business stakeholders and executive leaders.

Whether we are tackling a known problem or diagnosing a troubling trend, I work with your teams to facilitate process discussions across teams, document workflows, and find sticking points. We collaborate to identify and implement process changes to improve accountability and flow.
