In my Epic career, I've seen a lot of teams struggle with the same problems. They might be process problems: inefficient project intake or cumbersome change management systems are getting in the way of flow and focus. Sometimes they are engagement issues: unclear goals and poor cross-team relationships are damaging collaboration and trust. And too often your talent feels devalued: poor feedback mechanisms or missed opportunities for upward mobility promote cynicism and make people feel stuck.
I have experience with solving these problems, and I want to share my successes with you. I care about your team because I know what they are going through - I've lived that life and I know those struggles. I truly believe that everyone deserves to be happy at work. My mission is to help make that possible.
