In my 15 years of supporting Epic clients, I've seen a lot of teams struggle with the same problems. They might be process problems: inefficient project intake or cumbersome change management systems are getting in the way of flow and focus. Sometimes they are engagement issues: unclear goals and poor cross-team relationships are damaging collaboration and trust. And too often your talent feels devalued: poor feedback mechanisms or missed opportunities for upward mobility promote cynicism and make people feel stuck.
Dealing with these issues is robbing you and your team of your productivity and innovation. Fixing them is even harder than you might realize - more than half of all organizational change efforts fail.
I want to use my skills and experience to help you turn that pattern around. We start by approaching your situation with curiosity, candor, and compassion. We're going to clean up the tools and systems that are slowing you down, or replace them (responsibly!) with functional, human-centered systems that work for real people. We're going to improve communication channels and pay down your conflict debt. We're going to rebuild trust and connection, creating an environment where your team can feel supported so that they can better support each other. Along the way, we're going to make sure that you, as a leader, are gaining the insights and confidence you need to continue to be successful on your own career journey.
