How I work
The best way to really understand how I work is to talk to me. I could tell you a lot about respecting processes, surfacing problems, staying authentic - but how we work together is going to depend on what you need. My ultimate goal is to make your team happier. I won't accept a contract unless I think I can deliver on that goal.
I view happiness as dependent on the interconnected areas of process, engagement, and talent. If you have a process problem, it's likely damaging team engagement. If you have an engagement problem, you risk losing your best talent. If your talent doesn't feel valued, what motivates them to improve your processes or stay engaged? I believe in the efficacy of what I do, and together we can tackle your hardest problems, achieve outcomes sooner, and grow your people into a happier and more effective team.
I expect most contracts to be part-time. Most long-term contracts will presume 10 hours/week. I am also available for task-based or short-term hourly contracts if you want to get to know me better or you have an immediate need.
